want to thank you for the beautiful cakes you made
for our wedding on 10/07/06. They were exactly as
I had pictured them--we were so happy with how they
came out. Thanks too for your professionalism and
willingness to go the extra mile. Your cakes added
to the magical feeling of that day--they were perfect.
In fact, several people regretted eating such lovely

we pulled up to the reception my jaw dropped. Thank

Amy
crafted the perfect cake for the perfect
day. It was a beautiful cake featuring a couple dozen
of the most realistic, edible butterflies that we
have ever seen (everything on the cake was edible
except for the antennas!). She was easy to work with,
coordinating with us well before the wedding, offering
us a myriad of choices for the cake. We discussed
with Amy the thoughts that we had for our wedding
(among which was a butterfly release)
and Amy designed a cake that captured the moment of
our special day. Everyone at the wedding loved the
cake - compliments abounded, from "this is delicious!"
to "this is the best cake ever." Amy is
a very talented designer, baker, and chef...eloquently
combining our favorite flavors, themes, and colors
of our wedding. Remember that the best part of any
meal is dessert...don't trust it to anyone else!

daughter and I met with Amy for a tasting. Her fillings
and cakes were very delicious! My daughter just told
her the wedding colors, and things she
likes (butterflies), and Amy designed this gorgeous
cake. It was perfect for
Elana and Jake’s reception. Everyone was impressed

Dragon cake you created was beyond my wildest dreams.
You truly are a master at your craft. The cake was
the hit of the party, everyone was so amazed at such
detail on the dragon, especially when I told everyone
I had just sent you a picture of one I found, and
you were able to create one on a much smaller scale.
That was just incredible and a task unto itself!
My
son Travis who you created the cake for, said "Mom
this is awesome!" You know you're one of the
best in your field, when you can impress a teen, any
teen for that matter, and you surely did! It made
for a wonderful 16th Birthday.
