Amy Stevens-Adams is a 1998 graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. After stints in various restaurants in the Midwest and New England, Chef Amy realized her dream of starting her own wedding cake bakery. She excels in creating innovative one-of-a-kind confections and developing scrumptious fillings for her valued cake clientele.  Amy especially desires that the flavors and design of each of her wedding cakes be a marriage made in heaven!

Amy's mom, Linda Walker Stevens is a writer/historian living in the historic village of Hermann, Missouri, where she is known as the Springerle Dame (Springerle cookie lady). Amy and her mom have also created prize-winning gingerbread houses since 1989. Linda's authentic German delicacies, such as Springerle and Lebkuchen, are available through our European Specialties section.
