Springerle are traditionally flavored with anise, which gives them a subtle licorice-like taste. We offer several alternate flavors, as well. All are expertly hand-crafted using quality ingredients, including natural flavoring oils, never extracts.

Springerle Ingredients:
Cane sugar; flour; eggs; lemon juice; hartshorn (baker’s amonia); natural essential oil. Citrus flavors contain lemon or orange peel. Almond flavor contains rose water.
